Rob brings an emphasis on marketing and technology to his real estate practice and has focused on Sacramento's oldest (and what he considers to be most livable) neighborhoods. Before his career in real estate, Rob organized community programs for the City of Sacramento's Neighborhoods, Planning, and Development Services Department.
He left the public sector but continues to serve his community and is actively involved with Hands On Sacramento promoting volunteerism and is a member of the Environmental Council of Sacramento (ECOS), Urban Land Institute (ULI), He's a past board member of the Sacramento Old City Association (SOCA).

Kristina specializes in Sacramento's central neighborhoods, including mixed-use and commercial development. With a focus on Environmental Studies and a minor in California Studies, she came to Sacramento in 1994 to attend CSUS. Her activities in the capital include:
